Seat Belt Control Ecu: Removal

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 
  2. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH 
  3. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH 
  4. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER  (See REMOVAL )
  6. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE ROPE HOOK  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK  (See REMOVAL )
  9. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER  (See REMOVAL )
  10. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK  (See REMOVAL )
  11. REMOVE SIDE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH  (See REMOVAL )
  12. REMOVE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU (w/o Intuitive Parking Assist System) 
    1. Disconnect the connector
    2. Remove the 3 nuts and remove the seat belt control ECU

  13. REMOVE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 
    1. Disconnect the connectors.
    2. Remove the 3 nuts and remove the seat belt control ECU and the clearance warning ECU as a unit

    3. Remove the 2 nuts and seat belt control ECU.
