Front Door Speaker: Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  2. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector
    2. Remove the 3 bolts and front No. 1 speaker assembly
      NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

  6. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 2 clamps
    2. Remove the 3 screws and front No. 2 speaker with cover.

    3. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the cover.

    4. Remove the front No. 2 speaker assembly.
      NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

  7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and front No. 3 speaker assembly.
      NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
