Entry Lock And Unlock Switch: Inspection

  1. INSPECT FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below

      Standard Resistance 

      RESISTANCE REFERENCE

      Tester Connection (Symbols) Condition Specified Condition
      1 (TRG-) - 3 (TRG+) Lock switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher
      1 (TRG-) - 3 (TRG+) Lock switch pushed Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not specified, replace the front door outside handle assembly LH

  2. INSPECT FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below

      Standard Resistance 

      RESISTANCE REFERENCE

      Tester Connection (Symbols) Condition Specified Condition
      1 (TRG-) - 3 (TRG+) Lock switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher
      1 (TRG-) - 3 (TRG+) Lock switch pushed Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not specified, replace the front door outside handle assembly RH
