- Lighting system data and the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be read from the Data Link Connector 3 (DLC3) of the vehicle. When the system seems to be malfunctioning, use the Techstream to check for malfunctions and to repair
- CHECK DLC3
- Check the DLC3 (See HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ECU CONTROLLED SYSTEMS )
- INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
Standard:
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding
