High Intensity Discharge Headlight Bulb: Installation

INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB
1. Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

2. Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to connect it

REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT COVER GASKET
1. Install a new No 1 headlight cover gasket
INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER
1. Install the No 1 headlight back cover as shown in the illustration

INSTALL WASHER HOSE (for LH Side)
1. Install the washer hose with the bolt
  Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf)

INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (for LH Side) (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)
INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET (for RH Side) (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (for RH Side) (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: Some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).
