Headlight Assembly: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT PROTECTOR 
    1. Engage the claw
    2. Using "TORX" socket wrench T-type T30, Install the headlight protector with the "TORX" bolt.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING 
    1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing
  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR 
    1. Engage the tip of the headlight leveling motor with the reflector

    2. Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it

      HINT

      For the headlight leveling motor RH, rotate it symmetrical to the directional arrow shown in the illustration.

    3. Connect the connector.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT 
    1. Install the front bumper side support with the 3 screws.

  5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB 
    1. Install the 2 front turn signal light bulbs to the headlight cord.
    2. Turn the 2 front turn signal light bulbs and the headlight cord in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit.

  6. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET 
    1. Connect the connector and install the clearance light socket

  7. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB 
    1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket
    2. Turn the clearance light bulb and clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and install them as a unit

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB 
    1. Install the No 2 headlight bulb as shown in the illustration
    2. Connect the connector

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT COVER GASKET 
    1. Install a new No 2 headlight cover gasket
  10. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER 
    1. Install the No 2 headlight back cover as shown in the illustration

  11. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB 
    1. Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

    2. Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to connect it.

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT COVER GASKET 
    1. Install a new No. 1 headlight cover gasket.
  13. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER 
    1. Install the No 1 headlight back cover as shown in the illustration.
