Steering Knuckle: Installation

HINT.
- Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side
- The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
- INSTALL STEERING KNUCKLE
- Temporarily install the steering knuckle to the upper suspension arm with the nut.
- Install the steering knuckle to the lower ball joint with the 2 bolts
Torque: 120 N*m (1224 kgf*cm, 89 ft.*lbf)
- Fully tighten the nut and install a new clip
Torque: 87 N*m (887 kgf*cm, 64 ft.*lbf)
NOTE: If the holes for the clip are not aligned, further tighten the nut up to 60°.
- INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL FRONT DISC (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL FRONT DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- CONNECT FRONT SPEED SENSOR WIRE (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 N*m (1050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
- INSPECT AND ADJUST FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
