Camshaft Oil Control Valve: Removal

  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL  )
  3. REMOVE CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Disconnect the camshaft timing oil control valve connector.
    2. Remove the bolt and the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly

    3. Remove the 0-ring from the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly

  4. REMOVE CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disconnect the camshaft timing oil control valve connector.
    2. Remove the bolt and the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly.

    3. Remove the 0-ring from the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly
