Cooling Fan Motor: Removal

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY 

    HINT:

    See REMOVAL 

  2. DISCONNECT COOLING FAN MOTOR CONNECTORS 
    1. Disconnect the 2 cooling fan motor connectors from the 2 cooling fan ECUs.
    2. Disconnect the 2 clamps.

  3. REMOVE FAN 
    1. Remove the nut and fan.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 FAN 
    1. Remove the nut and No. 2 fan.

  5. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and the cooling fan motor.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and the No. 2 cooling fan motor.
