Engine Oil Cooler: Removal

  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  (See REMOVAL )
  2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER 
  3. DRAIN ENGINE OIL  (See OIL AND OIL FILTER )
  4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT  (See COOLANT )
  5. REMOVE ENGINE OIL COOLER 
    1. Disconnect the 2 water by-pass hoses.

    2. Remove the bolt, gasket, union bolt, oil cooler, and O-ring.
