Front Door Belt Molding: Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  2. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  3. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR FRAME COVER 
    1. Remove the nut and front door frame cover.

  7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR BELT MOLDING ASSEMBLY 
    1. Fully open the front door glass.
    2. Put protective tape on the door below the front door belt molding assembly.
    3. Using a molding remover, disengage the 7 clips and remove the front door belt molding assembly
