INSPECT PARKING BRAKE SWITCH ASSEMBLY

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance

RESISTANCE REFERENCE

Tester Connection	Switch Connection	Specified Condition
1 - Body ground	Switch Shaft Free	Below 1 Ω
1 - Body ground	Switch Shaft Push	10 kΩ or higher

If the value is not as specified, replace the parking brake lever.
