Inspection Procedure

HINT:

If the battery voltage is applied to terminal +B1, +B2, or MREL of the HV control ECU, even though the ignition switch is off, the circuit is shorted to +B.

1. INSPECT IGCT RELAY 
   1. Remove the IGCT relay from the engine room R/B.
   2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance 

      TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION
      
      

      Tester Connection	Specified Condition
      3 - 5	10 kΩ or higher
      3 - 5	Below 1 Ω (Apply auxiliary battery voltage between terminals lands)

   NG: REPLACE IGCT RELAY

   OK: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
