Inspection Procedure

1. Check the vehicle condition.

   Result: 

   The vehicle is damaged. 

YES: REPAIR VEHICLE 

NO: Go to next step 

1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. Select the following menu items: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / HV ECU / DTC INFO / CURRENT CODES.
4. Read output DTC. (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR )

   Result: 

   The DTCs shown in the table below are output

1. Troubleshoot the airbag system.

   Result: 

   There is a malfunction. 

YES: REPAIR MALFUNCTIONING PARTS AND COMPONENTS 

B: Go to next step 

1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. Select the following menu items: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / HV ECU / DTC INFO / CURRENT CODES.
4. Access the freeze frame data corresponding to DTC P1606 and select the information.
5. Read "Specific Information" of the information of INF code 308.

Result 

B: REPLACE CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR NO.1 

C: REPLACE REAR CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR RH 

D: REPLACE REAR CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR LH 

A: REPLACE CENTER AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY
