Front Seatback Heater: Inspection

  1. INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Check the seatback heater.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard resistance 

        FRONT SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1-2 17 to 23°C
        (63 to 73°F)        		 5.7 to 7.0 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the seatback cover.

  2. INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Check the seatback heater.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard resistance 

        FRONT SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1-2 17 to 23°C
        (63 to 73°F)        		 5.7 to 7.0 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the seatback cover.
