BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER (for 3UZ-FE): Reassembly

1. Install the brake stroke simulator cylinder to the brake simulator bracket with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf) 

2. Install the connector to the brake stroke simulator bracket.

1. Temporarily install brake master cylinder push rod clevis and the lock nut.

1. Apply a thin layer of grease to 2 new master cylinder reservoir grommets and install them to the master cylinder assembly.
2. Install brake master cylinder reservoir with the screw.

1. Temporarily install a new master cylinder gasket to the master cylinder assembly. Connect the brake stroke simulator cylinder tube to the brake stroke simulator cylinder sub-assembly and master cylinder assembly and loosely tighten the tube.
2. Install a new master cylinder gasket, master cylinder assembly and brake stroke simulator bracket to the master cylinder bracket with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 12.5 N*m (128 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf) 

3. Use the SST to fully tighten the brake stroke simulator cylinder tube.

   SST 09023-00101 

   Torque: 15 N*m (155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
