Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the H33 connector from the HV control ECU.
2. Disconnect the C18 w/ motor compressor assembly connector.
3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below when the ignition switch is in the ON position.

   Standard Voltage 

   HV CONTROL ECU - W/ MOTOR COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY (VOLTAGE)
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   CLK (H33-14) - Body ground	Below 1 V
   ITE (H33-15) - Body ground	Below 1 V
   ETI (H33-16) - Body ground	Below 1 V
   STB (H33-18) - Body ground	Below 1 V

4. Turn the ignition switch off.
5. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance (Check for open) 

   HV CONTROL ECU - W/ MOTOR COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY (CHECK FOR OPEN)
   
   

   Tester Connection HV Control ECU - w/ motor compressor assembly	Specified Condition
   CLK (H33-14) - CLK (C18-1)	Below 1 Ω
   ITE (H33-15) - DIN (C18-2)	Below 1 Ω
   ETI (H33-16) - DOUT (C18-3)	Below 1 Ω
   STB (H33-18) - STB1 (C18-4)	Below 1 Ω

   Standard Resistance (Check for short) 

   HV CONTROL ECU - W/ MOTOR COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY (CHECK FOR SHORT)
   
   

   Tester Connection HV Control ECU or w/ motor compressor assembly - Body ground	Specified Condition
   CLK (H33-14) - CLK (C18-1) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher
   ITE (H33-15) - DIN (C18-2) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher
   ETI (H33-16) - DOUT (C18-3) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher
   STB (H33-18) - STB1 (C18-4) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher
