Speed Sensor: Inspection

  1. INSPECT TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NT) 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NT)  .
    TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NT)

    Tester Connection Specified Condition (20°C (68°F))
    1 - 2 560 to 680 ohms

    If the resistance value is not as specified, replace the speed sensor.

  2. INSPECT TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (SP2) 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (SP2)  .
    TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (SP2)

    Tester Connection Specified Condition (20°C (68°F))
    1 - 2 560 to 680 ohms

    If the resistance value is not as specified, replace the speed sensor.
