On-Vehicle Inspection

  1. INSPECT ABS SOLENOID RELAY 
    1. Remove the ABS solenoid relay.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance 

      TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

      Tester Connection Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Below 1 Ω
      3 - 5 10 kΩ or higher (When battery voltage is not applied between terminals)
      3 - 5 Below 1 Ω (When battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2)

      If the value is not as specified, replace the ABS solenoid relay.
