FRONT BRAKE PAD, BRAKE CALIPER & BRAKE ROTOR (for 4GR-FSE): Installation

INSTALL DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the disc brake cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 34 N*m (350 kgf*cm, 25 ft.*lbf)

2. Connect the flexible hose with the union bolt and a new gasket.
  Torque: 30 N*m (310 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf)
  
  NOTE: Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the disc brake cylinder.
FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (See BLEEDING )
BLEED BRAKE LINE (See Step 3 in BLEEDING )

BLEED BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (See Step 4 in BLEEDING )
INSPECT FLUID BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR (See Step 5 in BLEEDING )
INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 N*m (1,050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
