Driver Side Power Seat Motor Circuit: Wiring Diagram
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER (FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH (POSITION CONTROL ECU))
- Connect the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Perform the ACTIVE TEST by following the directions on the tester screen.

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
- INSPECT FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (POWER SEAT MOTOR)
- Inspect the power seat motor (See INSPECTION
).
OK: The power seat motor operates.
NG: REPLACE FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (POWER SEAT MOTOR)
OK: Go to next step.
- Inspect the power seat motor (See INSPECTION
).
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH - POWER SEAT MOTOR)
- Disconnect the front power seat switch LH (position control ECU) connector and power seat motor connectors.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.TESTER CONDITION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART
