Headlight Cleaner Actuator: Removal

  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (See Step 3 in  REMOVAL  ) 
  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE 
    1. Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.
    2. Remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the headlight washer hose.
    2. Remove the bolt.
    3. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.
