Front Brake Flexible Hose: Installation

INSTALL FRONT BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE
1. Connect the front brake flexible hose with the union bolt and a new gasket.
  Torque: 3GR-FSE
  
  30 N*m (306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf) 3UZ-FE
  
  39 N*m (400 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf)
  
  NOTE: Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the disc brake cylinder assembly front
2. Connect the brake tube to front brake flexible hose with a SST while holding flexible hose with a wrench.
  SST 09023-00101
  
  Torque: 15 N*m (155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
  NOTE:
  - Do not bend or damage the brake tube
  - Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake tube from the connecting points.

3. Install the front brake flexible hose with a new clip.
  NOTE:
  - When installing the front brake flexible hose, face the identification mark to the outside of the vehicle and minimize twisting of the hose.
  - Install the clip as it will go.
  - Pay attention to the color of the identification mark (RH: white/white, LH: white/blue) because the front brake flexible hose is different between right and left (4WD vehicle).

ADD RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (w/ VSC) (See BRAKE FLUID (W/ VSC) )
ADD RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID (w/ ECB) (See BRAKE PEDAL )
BLEED BRAKE LINE (w/ VSC) (See BLEEDING )
BLEED FRONT BRAKE SYSTEMS (w/ ECB) (See BRAKE PEDAL )
BLEED REAR BRAKE SYSTEM (w/ ECB) (See BRAKE PEDAL )
INSPECT FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR (w/ VSC) (See BRAKE FLUID (W/ ECB) )
CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEVEL (w/ ECB) (See BRAKE PEDAL )
CHECK AND CLEAR DTC (w/ VSC)

CHECK AND CLEAR DTC (w/ ECB)
(See DTC CHECK / CLEAR )
INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 N*m (1,050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
