Front Bumper: Installation

1. Attach the 2 claws to install the screw and retainer.

HINT:

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

1. Install the reinforcement with the bolts.

   Torque: 70 N*m (714 kgf*cm, 52 ft.*lbf) 

2. Install the cooler thermistor to the reinforcement.

1. Install the energy absorber to the reinforcement.

1. Install the cover with the 4 clips.

1. Connect the ultrasonic sensor connector.
2. Attach the 3 claws on the LH side.
3. Attach the 3 claws on the RH side.

4. Install the bumper cover with the 2 clips, 6 screws and 5 bolts.

1. Attach the 2 claws to install the 2 garnishes.

1. Install the fender liner with the 2 clips.

HINT:

1. Install the under cover with the 3 clips and 10 screws.

1. Install the duct seal with the 7 clips.

1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
   NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

1. Check the SRS warning light (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
