- Check for supplemental restraint system (SRS) DTCs.
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER (SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT FOR DRIVER SIDE)
- Select the Active Test, use the intelligent tester to generate a control command, and then check that the seat belt warning light operates.

- Select the Active Test, use the intelligent tester to generate a control command, and then check that the seat belt warning light operates.
- INSPECT INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY (SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT FOR DRIVER SIDE)
- Remove the panel sub-assembly.
- Apply battery voltage and check that the seat belt warning light illuminates.
