Inspection Procedure

  1. INSPECT DLC3 TERMINAL VOLTAGE (TS TERMINAL) 
    1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
    2. Measure the voltage between terminals TS and CG of the DLC3.

      OK: 

      Voltage: 10 to 14 V

    1. OK: Go to step   3 
    2. NG: Go to next step 
  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - BODY GROUND) 
    1. Check for an open circuit in harness and connector between terminal CG of DLC3 and body ground (See ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE ).
    1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
    2. OK: Go to next step 
  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU - DLC3) 
    1. Check for an open or short circuit in harness and connector between terminal TS of the DLC3 and skid control ECU (See ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE ).
    1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
    2. OK: REPLACE ABS & TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSY (See  REPLACEMENT  )
