Air Conditioning Control ASSY: Overhaul

HINT:

See COMPONENTS 

1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSY LH (SEE  REPLACEMENT  ) 
2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSY RH (SEE  REPLACEMENT  ) 
3. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL & PANEL ASSY 
   1. Loosen the bolt and remove the 4 bolts, the 4 clips and the integration control & panel assy.

4. REMOVE RADIO BRACKET NO.1 (SEE  RADIO RECEIVER ASSY  ) 
5. REMOVE RADIO BRACKET NO.2 (SEE  RADIO RECEIVER ASSY  ) 
6. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSY (W/ EMV & NAVIGATION SYSTEM) (SEE  MULTI-DISPLAY (CRT DISPLAY) DISPLAY  ) 
7. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSY 
   1. Remove the 4 screws and the air conditioning control assy.

8. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSY (W/O EMV & NAVIGATION SYSTEM) 
   1. Release the 4 claw fittings and remove the 6 screws and the heater control housing.

   2. Release the lock of the connector and disconnect the cable.

   3. Remove the 2 screws and the air conditioner amplifier assy.

9. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB (W/O EMV & NAVIGATION SYSTEM) 
10. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL KNOB (W/O EMV & NAVIGATION SYSTEM)
