Inspection Procedure

PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY LEXUS HAND-HELD TESTER
1. Check indicators and warning light operation.
1. Connect LEXUS hand-held tester to DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON and push LEXUS hand-held tester main switch ON.
3. Select the ACTIVE TEST mode on LEXUS hand-held tester.
4. Check that light turn ON or OFF as LEXUS hand-held tester directs.
  OK: The indicator or warning light operate normally.

1. NG: CHECK AND REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSY
2. OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN
