Inspection Procedure

1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
2. Measure voltage between terminals TC and CG of DLC3.

OK: 

Voltage: 10 - 14 V

1. OK: Go to step   4 
2. NG: GO TO NEXT STEP. 

1. Check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between terminal TC of the skid control ECU and DLC3 (See ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE ).

1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
2. OK: GO TO NEXT STEP. 

1. Check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between terminal CG of the DLC3 and body ground (See ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE ).

1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 
2. OK: GO TO NEXT STEP. 

1. Using SST, connect the terminals TC and CG of the DLC3. SST 09843-18040
2. Turn the ignition switch ON.
3. Check the ABS and VSC warning right.

OK: 

Warning light blinking

1. OK: NO PROBLEM 
2. NG: GO TO NEXT STEP.
