Master Cylinder: Assembly

  1. To assemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to pistons and grommets before assembly. Install master cylinder with NEW gasket and grommet.
  2. Insert the pistons with elliptic hole facing vertically.
  3. Tighten inlet union set screw to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Install master cylinder. See MASTER CYLINDER .
