Seat Heater: Removal
CAUTION:
Care should be taken during operation to protect the seat cover from scratches, dirt or accidental cuts.
- Remove the front seat. See Removal of FRONT SEAT .
- Remove the seatback cover and seat cushion cover. See Disassembly of FRONT SEAT .
- Turn the seat cover inside out.
- Remove the 6 seat wires from the seat cushion cover and seatback cover.
- Remove the seat heater. Remove the seat cushion cover by cutting the 34 tack pins which are fastened to the seat heater, then remove the seat heater. See Fig 1. Remove the seatback cover by cutting the 12 tack pins which are fastened to the seat heater, then remove the seat heater.
