Seat Belt Buckle Switch Circuit

  1. See DRIVER BUCKLE SWITCH CIRCUIT under CIRCUIT TESTS under BODY CONTROL SYSTEM article under COMMUNICATION DEVICES in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT.
  2. Disconnect the switch connector and inspect the connector on the wiring harness side. See INSPECTING ENGINE OIL LEVEL WARNING SENSOR & SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH CIRCUIT  table. If continuity is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
