Es300, GS300, GS430, Is300 & Lx470

  1. Ensure engine is cool. Remove radiator cap. Remove 3 drain plugs on engine and radiator, then drain coolant. Close drain plugs.
    2. NOTE: DO NOT use alcohol type coolant. Use coolant which includes more than 50 percent ethylene-glycol, but not more than 70 percent.
  2. Slowly add coolant until system is full. Install radiator cap. Start engine, and open heater water valve. Maintain engine speed at 2000-2500 RPM, and warm engine. Stop engine, and allow engine to cool. Check system for leaks.
