Assembly (IS 300)

  1. To assemble, reverse assembly procedure. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to grommets and pistons.
  2. Insert pistons with elliptic hole facing vertically.
  3. When assembling cylinder boot on master cylinder, ensure UP mark on master cylinder boot is facing upwards.
  4. Tighten reservoir set screw to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
