Reassembly (LX 470)

  1. To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure.
  2. When installing accumulator bracket, adjust clearance "A" and "B" to .161" (4.1 mm) or less, and "C" to .012-.150" (.3-3.8 mm). See Fig 1.
  3. Tighten accumulator and oil pressure sensor to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Tighten brake actuator tube No. 1 to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Tighten clevis and caliper boot lock nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  6. Tighten set screws for reservoir to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
