Assembly (GS 300 & GS 430)

1. To install accumulator bracket, adjust clearances "A", "B", "D" and "E". Using thickness gauge, ensure clearances correspond to each value and are within a range of .004-.016" (.1-.4 mm). See Fig 1 and Fig 2 .
2. To complete assembly, reverse disassembly procedure. Tighten accumulator, brake actuator No. 1 tube, oil pressure sensor, caliper boot and reservoir screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
3. Install hydraulic brake booster. See POWER BRAKE UNIT  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.

After installation, fill brake reservoir with brake fluid. Bleed brake system and check system for leaks. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
