Test No. 25: Turn Signal Indicator Abnormal Operation Or Does Not Illuminate

Disconnect instrument cluster harness connector "B". Turn ignition on. Measure voltage at harness connector "B", terminal No. 5 (Green/Black wire) with turn signal switch in left turn position. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Measure voltage at harness connector "B", terminal No. 1 (Green/Yellow wire) with turn signal switch in right turn position. If voltage is not present, check turn signal and hazard light circuit. See EXTERIOR LIGHTS article. If voltage is present, ensure bulb is okay. If bulb is okay, replace circuit plate and retest.
