Test No. 23: Abs Warning Indicator Abnormal Operation Or Does Not Illuminate

Disconnect instrument cluster harness connector "A". Ground instrument cluster cavity "A", terminal No. 6 and turn ignition on. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If ABS light illuminates, check Blue/White wire between instrument cluster and ABS & TRAC ECU. Repair as necessary. If wiring is okay, check ABS & TRAC ECU operation. See ANTI-LOCK BRAKES article in WIRING DIAGRAMS. Repair as necessary. If ABS light does not illuminate, check bulb. Replace if necessary. If bulb is okay, replace circuit plate and retest.
