Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge: Gauge

Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Remove 3 screws from back of instrument cluster. See Figure. Measure resistance between specified terminals on back of instrument cluster. See ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE GAUGE RESISTANCE  table. Replace gauge if resistance is not as specified.
