Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge
Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Ensure gauge needle is resting on stop. Measure resistance between engine coolant temperature gauge terminals on back of instrument cluster. See Fig 1. Ensure resistance is as specified at appropriate terminals. See ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE GAUGE RESISTANCE table. If resistance is not as specified, replace gauge.
