Oil Pressure Switch
NOTE:
Ensure continuity exists between switch hex portion and engine block (ground). Ensure oil pressure is greater than 3.6 psi (.25 kg/cm2
) with engine running.
Turn engine off. Disconnect oil pressure switch connector. Check for continuity between terminal on oil pressure switch and ground. If there is no continuity, replace switch. If there is continuity, start engine. Recheck continuity. If there is no continuity, switch is okay. If there is continuity, replace switch.
