Test 6: Illumination Stays On While Starter Is Engaged

Disconnect instrument panel connector "B". Check voltage at connector "B" terminal No. 12 while turning ignition to START. If battery voltage exits, replace circuit plate. If battery voltage does not exist, repair open circuit.
