Test 14: Twin Trip & Odometer Is Reset When Ignition Is Turned Off

  1. Check DOME fuse. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse is blown, replace fuse and recheck. If fuse blows, disconnect connector "B" and replace fuse again. If fuse blows again, repair short in wiring between fuse and instrument panel. If fuse is okay, replace circuit plate and retest.
  2. Disconnect connector "B". Check voltage at connector "B" terminal No. 11. If battery voltage exists, replace circuit plate and retest. If battery voltage does not exist, repair wiring between connector "B" terminal No. 11 and DOME fuse.
