Rear SUBFRAME Bush (G2919874): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that the component is correctly installed.

Install the special tool to the new the rear subframe bush.

Make sure that the bush is installed to the position noted on removal.

Using the special tools, install the rear subframe bush into the rear subframe.

Special Tool(s): JLR-502-022 , JLR-502-024 , JLR-502-025 , JLR-502-027-1 , JLR-502-027-2 , JLR-502-027-3

Leave a 2 mm gap between the lip of the bush and the tool.

Remove the special tool from the rear subframe bush before it is fully installed.

Continue to install the rear subframe bush.

Special Tool(s): JLR-502-022 , JLR-502-025 , JLR-502-027-1 , JLR-502-027-2 , JLR-502-027-3

Remove the special tools.

Special Tool(s): JLR-502-025
Install the rear subframe.
