Front Wheel Bearing (G2313269): Installation

The following step(s) applies to: 

Vehicles with All Wheel Drive (AWD)

   Install the special tool JLR-204-847-03 adapter to the special tool JLR-204-847 front bearing support tool.

   Special Tool(s): JLR-204-847  , JLR-204-847-03 

   The following step(s) applies to: 

   All vehicles

   Install the special tool to the wheel knuckle.

   Special Tool(s): JLR-204-847

   Make sure the new wheel bearing is installed with the wheel speed sensor ring facing inward.

   Use the special tools to install the wheel bearing.

   Special Tool(s): JLR-204-846 

   General Equipment: Hydraulic press

   Install the circlip with the gap towards the bottom the wheel knuckle.

   Use the special tools to install the wheel hub.

   Special Tool(s): 204-726  , JLR-204-846 

   General Equipment: Hydraulic press 

7. Install the wheel knuckle.
