Throttle Body (G2301111): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Make sure that the mating face is clean and free of foreign material.
    • Install a new throttle body gasket.

      Renew Part: Throttle body to intake manifold seal Quantity: 1 . 

    • Install the throttle body.
    • Install and tighten the 4 screws.

      Torque  : 12 Nm 

  2. CAUTION: Make sure that the alignment marks on the cooling hoses align with the marks on the throttle body.

    • Install the 2 coolant hoses.
    • Install the 2 clips.
  3. Install the intake manifold assembly.

    Refer to: INTAKE MANIFOLD .
