Fuel Rail (G2110425): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Make sure the threads are clean and free from fuel.
    • Lubricate the threads with silicone free lubricant.

      Material: Silicone Free Lubricant () 

    • Install the fuel rail pressure sensor.

      Torque  : 38 Nm 

  2. Install the fuel injectors.

    Refer to: FUEL INJECTORS .

  3. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .

  4. Bleed the fuel system and check for leaks.

    Refer to: FUEL SYSTEM BLEEDING .
