Second Row Seat Backrest Cover (G2308496): Installation

NOTE:
- Use hog ring pliers to close the hog rings. Do not use any other tool. The hog rings must be closed to overlap as illustrated.
- Make sure that new hog rings are installed.
- Install the second row seat backrest cover.
- Install the 15 new hog rings in the sequence shown.
General Equipment: hog ring plier
Renew Part: Hog rings Quantity: 1 .
- Install the 2 second row head restraint guides.
- Install the 2 second row seatbelt guide trims.

- Install the second row seat backrest cover trim.
- Install the access cover.
- Install the second row head restraint.

NOTE: Make sure that the component is installed to the noted removal position.
- Install the bush.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
Torque : 35 Nm
- Install the second row seat armrest.
- Install the second row seat backrest.

NOTE: Repeat this step for the other side.
- Secure the locking arm.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
Torque : 22.5 Nm
- Secure the clip.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the second row seat center seatbelt buckle.
- Install and tighten the nut.
Renew Part: Seatbelt nut Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 48 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the second row seat cushion.
Refer to: SECOND ROW SEAT CUSHION .
- Connect the startup battery ground cable.
