Startup Battery Monitoring

If the startup battery voltage drops below 10.5 V, the Driver Seat Module (DSM) ignores all requests for a memory recall until the startup battery voltage has reached 11.5 V. This will conserve as much power in the startup battery as possible to enable engine cranking.
