Front And Rear Air Suspension Valve Blocks

ITEM DESCRIPTION
1 Electrical connector
2 Rubber bushes
3 Air pipe connection of the front right air spring
4 Air pipe connection of the rear valve block
5 Air pipe connection of the front left air spring

The front air suspension valve block controls the air supply and distribution to the front air springs. The front air suspension valve block contains three solenoid operated valves: two corner valves and one crosslink valve. The front air suspension valve block is located on the right side behind the secondary bulkhead panel and fixed with three rubber bushes to a bracket. The front air suspension valve block is controlled by the Chassis Control Module (CHCM) on hardwired connections.

The rear air suspension valve block is located behind the rear right wheelarch liner and fixed with three rubber bushes to a bracket.

Each of the valve solenoids is individually controlled by the Chassis Control Module (CHCM). The solenoids have the following resistance values:

VALVE RESISTANCE AT 25°C (±10%)
Front corner valves 6.8 Ohms
Front and rear cross link valves 3 Ohms
Rear corner valves and reservoir valve 3.6 Ohms
